Resources - CBD Oil Balm

CBD Oil Balm

CBD oil provides a vast array of benefits, and a CBD topical product like balm or cream can be very effective at pain relief. Good Stuff Dispensary can help you find the product you need.

Good Stuff Dispensary, headquartered in Reading, PA, is the authorized dealer of CBD hemp products from New Spectrum Labs. The company is committed to providing the highest quality CBD hemp products in the industry and manufactures them in an FDA registered and certified facility to ensure quality and safety.

New Spectrum utilizes an advanced CO2 extraction process that produces 100% full spectrum hemp oil which is full of crucial cannabinoids, terpenes, and other phytonutrients, and free of any toxins. This means you can count on superior safety and performance.

CBD Oil Balm

What is CBD?

The hemp plant, a variety of the Cannabis sativa plant species, contains more than 100 naturally occurring, active compounds called cannabinoids, including tetrahydrocannabinol (THC), the intoxicating cannabinoid in marijuana.

The amount of THC in hemp is insignificant, but cannabidiol (CBD), a non-intoxicating and medicinally rich compound, is found in high concentrations in certain strains of the plant, as are other beneficial phytonutrients and other substances.

What Is Full Spectrum?

Full spectrum products are the best representation of the hemp plant. They contain all of the cannabinoids (e.g. CBD, THC (<0.3%), CBC, CBG, CBDV, etc.) that are found in the original plant’s leaves, flowers, stems, and stalks, as well as other beneficial compounds such as terpenes, flavonoids, amino acids, omega fatty acids, vitamins, minerals, and other botanical compounds.

You will also find cold-pressed hemp seed oil in many of our topical products. Hemp seed oil is extracted from the seeds of the Cannabis sativa plant. It is a carrier oil (like olive oil or sunflower seed oil) and does not contain active CBD. Hemp seed oil is high in antioxidants, amino acids, and omega fatty acids that are beneficial for skincare, and it has well-known moisturizing properties.

Full Spectrum CBD Balms

Hemp oil extracts, consumed sublingually, may be helpful for overall body conditions such as insomnia, anxiety, and pain or stiffness. A CBD balm or lotion, however, may be better for treating more localized conditions like arthritis, joint pain or inflammation, or aching muscles.

Topicals, such as our Topical Joint and Muscle Pain Relief Balm, are applied right to trouble areas so the CBD oil can work directly where it’s needed most.

Our Replenishing Lip Balm protects lips with our full-spectrum organic hemp oil extract and hemp seed oil, along with other super-healing ingredients such as sunflower oil, sweet almond oil, coconut oil, apricot oil, lemon oil, grapeseed oil, honey, vitamin E oil, jojoba oil, beeswax, and aloe vera for all-day moisture. Gently apply a coating to lips as often as desired to relieve discomfort.
